# Overview

Layouts are the foundation for presenting content in kernl(wp).

Layouts allow for an analog approach to entering content and presenting it in a number of ways:

• A simple, single column
• Responsive and adaptive multi-width flexbox columns
• Complex layouts and nested grids
• Togglable content such as tabs and accordions
• Default "hero" configuration and many style options
